what is broker reciprocity?
and how can i use this to my advantage…
ILD (internet listing display) policy which replaced IDX (internet data exchange) policy allows you to feature anyone’s listings on your webpages as long as you adhere to ILD guildlines and use the broker reciprocity logo..
…. ie… i could create a page called McClellanville and add listings that i like from other brokerages on this page including images and my contact information provided that you follow ILD Guidelines..
